Transfer from Sofia Airport to Chepelare

These are the first questions every client in Chepelare asks when looking for a **transfer from Sofia Airport** to a town in Smolyan Province. The most important thing is to choose a provider that works clearly and without hidden conditions. Check that the price is final and includes all charges — fuel, road tolls, waiting if the flight is delayed and a night-time run, if needed. It is good to know from the start what car you will travel in, how many people it can seat and whether there is room for luggage, ski equipment or a pushchair, if you need it. When you compare offers, don't look only at the lowest price. Sometimes the cheaper option turns out to be less convenient if it comes with many extra conditions. Ask whether the chauffeur tracks your flight and whether he will wait for you if it is delayed. This is especially important for flights to Sofia, because delays are common. Also check whether there is a meeting at the terminal with a name sign, whether you can pay by card or only in cash, and whether the booking is confirmed by e-mail or phone. If you are travelling with children, elderly people or a lot of luggage, say so in advance so that you are offered a suitable car.
